Terms of use

ReservBKK is a service that lets guests request a spot at partner nightclubs in Bangkok and rewards validated entries. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy. ReservBKK is currently in beta with a single partner club.

1. Who can use ReservBKK

• You must be at least 20 years old (legal age for nightclubs in Thailand) and provide your real first name, last name and date of birth.
• One account per person. Creating or using several accounts, or an account for someone else, is not allowed.
• Your gender is chosen at signup and cannot be changed afterwards, because it sets the reward you receive.
• A clear profile photo of your face is required. Without it, your account stays locked and you cannot request a spot.

2. How a night works

• You request a spot for a night (one request per night). The club reviews your profile and accepts or refuses. A refusal is the club's decision and needs no justification.
• When accepted, a personal QR pass becomes active. It is single-use, linked to your identity and expires at the latest arrival time shown on the night. Sharing or selling a pass is forbidden.
• At the door, the staff scans your QR, compares you with your profile photo and takes a photo of you. This door photo is the proof of your entry.
• The club keeps the last word at the door. It can refuse entry if you do not meet its dress code, if you appear intoxicated, or for any safety or behaviour reason. In that case there is no check-in and no reward.
• Some nights display a minimum stay time. It is a commitment between you and the club, not a tracking system.

3. Rewards

• Women: the cash amount shown on the night (currently 150 ฿) is credited to your in-app wallet when your entry is validated at the door, plus the club's offer shown on the night (currently a reserved standing table; what the club puts on it is the club's own decision, announced at the venue).
• Men: the club's offer shown on the night (currently a reserved standing table; what the club puts on it is the club's own decision, announced at the venue). Men with the Guest Pass do not receive cash. Men holding a Model Pass or a Creator Pass receive the pass rate in cash, under the same conditions as women.
• Group: a member holding a Model Pass or a Creator Pass can open a group for a night and invite friends, who each need their own account and their own QR. The club accepts or declines the whole group in one decision. The package shown on the night is paid to the group leader only, in proportion to the entries actually validated at the door, and only once the leader herself has been validated. The invited friends receive the club offer, no cash.
• Cash rewards are paid by ReservBKK, not by the club, by bank transfer or PromptPay to a Thai bank account in your own name, normally within 48 hours after validation. Payment requires bank details in your own name entered in your profile; until then, rewards stay on hold. ReservBKK may ask you for an ID document when there is a doubt about an account (duplicate accounts, shared bank details): payments then wait until it is verified, and the image is deleted right after.
• There is no limit on the number of nights: every validated entry is rewarded.
• Model Pass and Creator Pass: higher rates for working models (agency or professional shoots) and for creators, based only on Instagram followers. Applications are reviewed by ReservBKK on the proof provided, never on looks. Pass spots are limited per night; when they are gone, a Guest spot at the Guest rate still applies. ReservBKK can withdraw a pass obtained with false information.
• The amounts and offers shown on each night can change from one night to another. The reward that applies is the one displayed when you request the spot.
• A wallet balance is not a bank account and earns no interest. Rewards that cannot be paid within 12 months because of missing or incorrect bank details expire.

4. Referral

• Any member, woman or man, who invites a friend receives 100 ฿ the first time that friend validates their QR at a partner club. The bonus is paid once per invited friend and only for friends who did not already have an account. For men, this bonus is the only cash reward; it is paid to a Thai bank account or PromptPay in their own name, like any reward.
• The invited friend receives no bonus. Self-referral, invitations of fake or duplicate accounts and paid or automated recruitment cancel the bonus and can lead to suspension.

5. No-shows and cancellations

• You can cancel an accepted request free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the night. A later cancellation, or not showing up, counts as a no-show.
• No-shows lower your Night Score (the share of nights you attended over your last 10 bookings), which clubs see when they review your requests. Repeated no-shows can lead to suspension.

6. Fraud and suspension

• ReservBKK checks devices, names, bank details and, when in doubt, an ID document against your profile photo, to keep one account per person. Duplicate accounts, shared bank accounts, false identities, sharing a pass or entering with someone else's pass are treated as fraud.
• In case of suspected fraud, rewards are put on hold while we review, and the account can be suspended or closed. Rewards obtained through fraud are not paid, or can be reclaimed.
• ReservBKK can also suspend an account for abusive behaviour towards staff or other guests, reported by a partner club.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your behaviour at the venue and for complying with Thai law, including the drinking age and the club's house rules.
• ReservBKK is an intermediary. The club runs its venue, its door, its offers and its safety. ReservBKK is not responsible for what happens inside the club, for the availability of a table or of anything the club offers on it, or for the club's decisions at the door.
• The reward is for your presence only. Nobody, neither ReservBKK nor the club, can ask anything else of you: no obligation to drink, no obligation to stay with anyone, and you can leave whenever you want (leaving before the minimum time shown on the night only means the reward is not credited). Any request for sexual services, from anyone, is prohibited: report it to us and it ends our relationship with that club.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

8. Your data

How we collect, use and delete your data (profile photo, door photos, bank details, ID document if requested) is described in the privacy policy. Door photos are deleted after 3 months; if we ask for an ID document, it is never shown to clubs and its image is deleted as soon as your identity is verified. Data is hosted in Singapore.

9. Changes and closing your account

• ReservBKK can update these terms. You will be asked to accept the new version in the app before continuing. If you do not accept, you can close your account.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Rewards already earned and payable are paid before closure, unless a fraud review is open.
• ReservBKK can stop the service or the beta at any time. Rewards already earned and payable are paid.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any question or dispute is first handled amicably by writing to hochenedelpf@gmail.com.

ReservBKK คือบริการที่ให้แขกส่งคำขอที่นั่งในไนต์คลับพันธมิตรในกรุงเทพฯ และมอบรางวัลเมื่อการเข้างานได้รับการยืนยัน เมื่อคุณสร้างบัญชี ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของเรา ขณะนี้ ReservBKK อยู่ในช่วงเบต้าและมีคลับพันธมิตรเพียงแห่งเดียว

1. ใครใช้ ReservBKK ได้บ้าง

• คุณต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป (อายุขั้นต่ำตามกฎหมายสำหรับการเข้าไนต์คลับในประเทศไทย) และต้องกรอกชื่อจริง นามสกุล และวันเกิดที่แท้จริงของคุณ
• หนึ่งคนมีได้หนึ่งบัญชีเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้สร้างหรือใช้งานหลายบัญชี หรือสร้างบัญชีให้ผู้อื่นใช้
• คุณเลือกเพศตอนสมัครและจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ในภายหลัง เนื่องจากเพศเป็นตัวกำหนดรางวัลที่คุณจะได้รับ
• คุณต้องมีรูปโปรไฟล์ที่เห็นใบหน้าชัดเจน หากยังไม่มี บัญชีของคุณจะถูกล็อกไว้และไม่สามารถขอที่นั่งได้

2. ขั้นตอนในแต่ละคืน

• คุณส่งคำขอที่นั่งสำหรับคืนที่ต้องการ (หนึ่งคำขอต่อหนึ่งคืน) ทางคลับจะพิจารณาโปรไฟล์ของคุณแล้วตอบรับหรือปฏิเสธ การปฏิเสธเป็นดุลยพินิจของคลับโดยไม่จำเป็นต้องชี้แจงเหตุผล
• เมื่อได้รับการตอบรับ QR pass ส่วนตัวของคุณจะเริ่มใช้งานได้ โดยใช้ได้เพียงครั้งเดียว ผูกกับตัวตนของคุณ และหมดอายุเมื่อถึงเวลามาถึงช้าสุดที่ระบุไว้ในคืนนั้น ห้ามแชร์หรือขาย QR pass ให้ผู้อื่น

• ทางคลับมีสิทธิ์ตัดสินใจขั้นสุดท้ายที่หน้าประตู โดยอาจปฏิเสธการเข้างานหากคุณแต่งกายไม่ตรงตามกฎการแต่งกายของคลับ มีอาการมึนเมา หรือด้วยเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัยหรือพฤติกรรมใดๆ ในกรณีดังกล่าวจะไม่มีการเช็กอินและไม่ได้รับรางวัล
• บางคืนอาจระบุระยะเวลาอยู่ในงานขั้นต่ำ ซึ่งเป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างคุณกับคลับ ไม่ใช่ระบบติดตามตัวคุณ

3. รางวัล

• ผู้หญิง: เงินรางวัลตามจำนวนที่แสดงในคืนนั้น (ปัจจุบัน 150 ฿) จะเข้าวอลเล็ตในแอปของคุณเมื่อการเข้างานได้รับการยืนยันที่หน้าประตู พร้อมข้อเสนอจากคลับที่แสดงในคืนนั้น (ปัจจุบันคือโต๊ะยืนที่จองไว้ให้ ส่วนสิ่งที่คลับจัดวางบนโต๊ะเป็นการตัดสินใจของคลับเอง แจ้งให้ทราบที่สถานที่)
• ผู้ชาย: ข้อเสนอจากคลับที่แสดงในคืนนั้น (ปัจจุบันคือโต๊ะยืนที่จองไว้ให้ ส่วนสิ่งที่คลับจัดวางบนโต๊ะเป็นการตัดสินใจของคลับเอง แจ้งให้ทราบที่สถานที่) ผู้ชายที่ถือ Guest Pass จะไม่ได้รับเงินรางวัล ส่วนผู้ชายที่ถือ Model Pass หรือ Creator Pass จะได้รับเงินรางวัลตามอัตราของพาส ภายใต้เงื่อนไขเดียวกับผู้หญิง
• กลุ่ม: สมาชิกที่ถือ Model Pass หรือ Creator Pass สามารถเปิดกลุ่มสำหรับคืนหนึ่งและชวนเพื่อนได้ โดยเพื่อนแต่ละคนต้องมีบัญชีและ QR ของตนเอง คลับจะรับหรือปฏิเสธทั้งกลุ่มในครั้งเดียว ค่าตอบแทนกลุ่มที่แสดงในคืนนั้นจ่ายให้หัวหน้ากลุ่มเท่านั้น ตามสัดส่วนของผู้ที่เข้างานสำเร็จจริงที่หน้าประตู และต่อเมื่อหัวหน้ากลุ่มเองได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว เพื่อนที่ถูกชวนจะได้รับข้อเสนอจากคลับ ไม่ได้รับเงินสด
• รางวัลเงินสดจ่ายโดย ReservBKK ไม่ใช่ทางคลับ ผ่านการโอนเงินทางธนาคารหรือ PromptPay เข้าบัญชีธนาคารไทยในชื่อของคุณเอง โดยปกติภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงหลังการยืนยันการเข้างาน การจ่ายเงินจะทำได้ต่อเมื่อคุณกรอกข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารในชื่อของคุณเองไว้ในโปรไฟล์ ก่อนหน้านั้นรางวัลจะถูกพักไว้ ReservBKK อาจขอเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนเมื่อมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับบัญชี (บัญชีซ้ำ ใช้บัญชีธนาคารร่วมกัน) ในกรณีนั้นการจ่ายเงินจะรอจนกว่าจะยืนยันเสร็จ และรูปจะถูกลบทันทีหลังจากนั้น

• Model Pass และ Creator Pass: อัตราที่สูงขึ้นสำหรับนางแบบอาชีพ (สังกัดเอเจนซี่หรือมีผลงานถ่ายแบบมืออาชีพ) และสำหรับครีเอเตอร์ โดยพิจารณาจากจำนวนผู้ติดตาม Instagram เท่านั้น ReservBKK ตรวจสอบใบสมัครจากหลักฐานที่ส่งมา ไม่ใช่จากรูปลักษณ์ ที่นั่งสำหรับ pass มีจำกัดในแต่ละคืน เมื่อเต็มแล้วยังใช้ที่นั่ง Guest ในอัตรา Guest ได้ ReservBKK ยกเลิก pass ที่ได้มาจากข้อมูลเท็จได้
• จำนวนเงินและข้อเสนอที่แสดงอาจแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละคืน รางวัลที่มีผลคือรางวัลที่แสดงอยู่ ณ เวลาที่คุณส่งคำขอที่นั่ง
• ยอดเงินในวอลเล็ตไม่ใช่บัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารและไม่มีดอกเบี้ย รางวัลที่ไม่สามารถจ่ายได้ภายใน 12 เดือนเนื่องจากข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคารไม่ครบถ้วนหรือไม่ถูกต้องจะถือว่าหมดอายุ

4. การชวนเพื่อน

• สมาชิกทุกคน ไม่ว่าหญิงหรือชาย ที่ชวนเพื่อนมา จะได้รับ 100 ฿ เมื่อเพื่อนคนนั้นยืนยัน QR ที่คลับพาร์ทเนอร์เป็นครั้งแรก โบนัสจ่ายครั้งเดียวต่อเพื่อนหนึ่งคน และเฉพาะเพื่อนที่ยังไม่เคยมีบัญชี สำหรับผู้ชาย โบนัสนี้เป็นเงินรางวัลเพียงอย่างเดียว โดยจ่ายเข้าบัญชีธนาคารไทยหรือ PromptPay ในชื่อของตนเองเช่นเดียวกับรางวัลอื่น
• เพื่อนที่ได้รับคำชวนจะไม่ได้รับโบนัส การชวนตัวเอง การชวนบัญชีปลอมหรือบัญชีซ้ำ รวมถึงการจ้างหรือใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติเพื่อหาสมาชิก จะทำให้โบนัสถูกยกเลิกและอาจนำไปสู่การระงับบัญชี

5. การไม่มาตามนัดและการยกเลิก

• คุณสามารถยกเลิกคำขอที่ได้รับการตอบรับแล้วได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย จนถึง 2 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มของคืนนั้น การยกเลิกหลังจากนั้นหรือการไม่มา จะนับเป็นการไม่มาตามนัด (no-show)
• การไม่มาตามนัดจะทำให้ Night Score ของคุณลดลง (สัดส่วนของคืนที่คุณมาจริงจากการจอง 10 ครั้งล่าสุด) ซึ่งคลับจะเห็นค่านี้เมื่อพิจารณาคำขอของคุณ การไม่มาตามนัดซ้ำหลายครั้งอาจนำไปสู่การระงับบัญชี

6. การทุจริตและการระงับบัญชี

• ReservBKK ตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ ชื่อ ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร และเมื่อมีข้อสงสัย เอกสารยืนยันตัวตนเทียบกับรูปโปรไฟล์ เพื่อให้แต่ละคนมีเพียงหนึ่งบัญชี บัญชีซ้ำ การใช้บัญชีธนาคารร่วมกับผู้อื่น การใช้ข้อมูลตัวตนปลอม การแชร์ QR pass หรือการเข้างานด้วย QR pass ของผู้อื่น ถือเป็นการทุจริตทั้งสิ้น
• หากสงสัยว่ามีการทุจริต รางวัลจะถูกพักไว้ระหว่างที่เราตรวจสอบ และบัญชีอาจถูกระงับหรือปิด รางวัลที่ได้มาจากการทุจริตจะไม่ถูกจ่าย หรืออาจถูกเรียกคืน
• นอกจากนี้ ReservBKK อาจระงับบัญชีในกรณีที่มีพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสมต่อพนักงานหรือแขกคนอื่น ตามที่คลับพันธมิตรรายงานเข้ามา

7. ความรับผิดชอบของคุณ

• คุณต้องรับผิดชอบต่อพฤติกรรมของตนเองภายในสถานที่ และต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายไทย รวมถึงเกณฑ์อายุขั้นต่ำในการดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และกฎระเบียบของทางคลับ
• ReservBKK เป็นเพียงตัวกลาง ทางคลับเป็นผู้ดูแลสถานที่ การคัดกรองหน้าประตู ข้อเสนอ และความปลอดภัยของตนเอง ReservBKK ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นภายในคลับ ต่อการมีโต๊ะหรือสิ่งที่คลับเสนอบนโต๊ะ หรือต่อการตัดสินใจของคลับที่หน้าประตู
• รางวัลมอบให้สำหรับการมาปรากฏตัวเท่านั้น ไม่มีใคร ทั้ง ReservBKK และคลับ ที่จะขอสิ่งอื่นจากคุณได้: ไม่มีข้อบังคับให้ดื่ม ไม่มีข้อบังคับให้อยู่กับใคร และคุณออกจากงานได้ทุกเมื่อ (การออกก่อนเวลาขั้นต่ำที่แสดงในคืนนั้นเพียงทำให้ไม่ได้รับรางวัล) ห้ามการร้องขอบริการทางเพศจากใครก็ตามโดยเด็ดขาด: แจ้งเราทันที และเราจะยุติความร่วมมือกับคลับนั้น
• โปรดเก็บรหัสผ่านของคุณเป็นความลับ คุณต้องรับผิดชอบต่อทุกการกระทำที่เกิดขึ้นผ่านบัญชีของคุณ จนกว่าคุณจะแจ้งเราว่าบัญชีถูกผู้อื่นเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

8. ข้อมูลของคุณ

รายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับวิธีที่เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และลบข้อมูลของคุณ (รูปโปรไฟล์ รูปถ่ายหน้าประตู ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร เอกสารยืนยันตัวตนหากมีการร้องขอ) อยู่ในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว รูปถ่ายหน้าประตูจะถูกลบหลังจาก 3 เดือน หากเราขอเอกสารยืนยันตัวตน เอกสารจะไม่ถูกเปิดเผยให้คลับเห็นไม่ว่ากรณีใด และรูปภาพจะถูกลบทันทีที่ยืนยันตัวตนเสร็จ ข้อมูลจัดเก็บที่สิงคโปร์

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการปิดบัญชี

• ReservBKK อาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ได้ โดยระบบจะขอให้คุณยอมรับฉบับใหม่ในแอปก่อนใช้งานต่อ หากคุณไม่ยอมรับ คุณสามารถปิดบัญชีได้
• คุณสามารถปิดบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อโดยติดต่อเรา รางวัลที่ได้รับแล้วและพร้อมจ่ายจะถูกจ่ายให้ก่อนปิดบัญชี เว้นแต่ยังมีการตรวจสอบการทุจริตค้างอยู่
• ReservBKK อาจยุติบริการหรือช่วงเบต้าได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยรางวัลที่ได้รับแล้วและพร้อมจ่ายจะยังคงถูกจ่ายให้

10. กฎหมายและการติดต่อ

ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายไทย หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือข้อพิพาทใดๆ จะดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยการเจรจากันฉันมิตรก่อนเป็นลำดับแรก โดยติดต่อมาที่ hochenedelpf@gmail.com
