What we collect
- Account: first name, last name, date of birth (to check the legal age of 20), email, Instagram username, password (hashed), gender (sets the reward, cannot be changed).
- Profile photo: required. It lets the club recognise you at the door.
- Door photo: when your entry is validated, the club staff takes a photo of your face. It is the proof of your presence that triggers your reward.
- ID document (only if we ask for it, when there is a doubt about an account): seen only by the ReservBKK team to verify your identity and age. A Thai ID card can show your religion: we never use or record it. The image is deleted as soon as your identity is verified; we keep only the date of verification. You give your explicit consent when you upload it.
- Bank details (women, optional): bank, account number, account holder, to transfer your rewards.
- Contact: phone and LINE ID, optional, for support.
- Technical: an anonymous fingerprint of your browser and your connection IP address, to limit fraud (one account per person).
- Audience measurement: a random identifier stored in your browser and your browser's time zone, to count visits and place them on a map by city. No GPS, no IP address stored, kept 12 months.
Who sees what
- The partner club (manager and door staff) sees: your first name, profile photo, age, Night Score, whether your identity is verified, and the door photo for that club's nights. It never sees your full name, email, exact date of birth, ID document or bank details.
- ReservBKK (administration) sees everything, to verify identities, pay rewards and handle fraud.
- No data is sold or shared with other third parties. Data is hosted in Singapore (Fly.io) and transactional emails are sent through Resend (United States): these providers act only on our instructions, under contract, and see nothing more than needed. Your data therefore leaves Thailand; by creating an account you consent to this transfer (PDPA, section 28).
How long
- Account and history: as long as your account is active.
- Door photos: deleted after 3 months. ID documents: deleted as soon as your identity is verified, 12 months at most if it never is.
- Bank details: until you remove them from your profile.
Your rights
Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the address above. Deleting your account forfeits any unpaid rewards.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access to documents, login attempt limits. Never share your QR: it is personal and single-use.

- รูปโปรไฟล์: จำเป็น ใช้ให้ทางคลับจำคุณได้ที่หน้าประตู
- รูปถ่ายหน้าประตู: เมื่อยืนยันการเข้างาน พนักงานของคลับจะถ่ายรูปใบหน้าของคุณ เป็นหลักฐานการมาถึงที่ทำให้คุณได้รับรางวัล
- เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน (เฉพาะเมื่อเราร้องขอ กรณีมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับบัญชี): ทีมงาน ReservBKK เท่านั้นที่เห็น เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนและอายุของคุณ บัตรประชาชนไทยอาจแสดงศาสนา เราไม่ใช้และไม่บันทึกข้อมูลนี้ รูปภาพจะถูกลบทันทีที่ยืนยันตัวตนเสร็จ โดยเก็บไว้เพียงวันที่ยืนยัน คุณให้ความยินยอมโดยชัดแจ้งเมื่ออัปโหลด
- ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร (ผู้หญิง ไม่บังคับ): ธนาคาร เลขบัญชี ชื่อเจ้าของบัญชี เพื่อโอนรางวัลให้คุณ
- ช่องทางติดต่อ: เบอร์โทรและ LINE ID ไม่บังคับ สำหรับการช่วยเหลือ
- การวัดผู้เข้าชม: รหัสสุ่มที่เก็บในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณและเขตเวลาของเบราว์เซอร์ เพื่อนับจำนวนการเข้าชมและแสดงบนแผนที่ระดับเมือง ไม่มี GPS ไม่เก็บ IP เก็บไว้ 12 เดือน
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: ลายนิ้วมือของเบราว์เซอร์แบบไม่ระบุตัวตนและ IP ที่ใช้เชื่อมต่อ เพื่อป้องกันการทุจริต (หนึ่งคนหนึ่งบัญชี)
ใครเห็นอะไรบ้าง
- คลับพันธมิตร (ผู้จัดการและพนักงานหน้าประตู) เห็น: ชื่อเล่น รูปโปรไฟล์ อายุ Night Score สถานะการยืนยันตัวตน และรูปถ่ายหน้าประตูของคืนที่คลับนั้นจัด ไม่เห็นชื่อเต็ม อีเมล วันเกิด เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน หรือข้อมูลธนาคารของคุณ
- ReservBKK (ผู้ดูแลระบบ) เห็นทั้งหมด เพื่อยืนยันตัวตน จ่ายรางวัล และจัดการการทุจริต
- ไม่มีการขายหรือส่งต่อข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สามอื่น ข้อมูลจัดเก็บที่สิงคโปร์ (Fly.io) และอีเมลแจ้งเตือนส่งผ่าน Resend (สหรัฐอเมริกา) ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ดำเนินการตามคำสั่งของเราภายใต้สัญญาเท่านั้น ข้อมูลของคุณจึงถูกโอนออกนอกประเทศไทย การสร้างบัญชีถือเป็นการให้ความยินยอมต่อการโอนนี้ (PDPA มาตรา 28)
เก็บนานแค่ไหน
- บัญชีและประวัติ: ตราบเท่าที่บัญชีของคุณยังใช้งานอยู่
- รูปถ่ายหน้าประตู: ลบหลังจาก 3 เดือน เอกสารยืนยันตัวตน: ลบทันทีที่ยืนยันตัวตนเสร็จ หรืออย่างช้าไม่เกิน 12 เดือนหากยังไม่ได้ยืนยัน
- ข้อมูลธนาคาร: จนกว่าคุณจะลบออกจากโปรไฟล์
สิทธิของคุณ
ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA) คุณสามารถขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูล หรือถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยติดต่อตามอีเมลข้างต้น การลบบัญชีจะทำให้รางวัลที่ยังไม่ได้จ่ายถูกยกเลิก
ความปลอดภัย
